See, what I find interesting is that I've been following Alex for a while, cause I think he's a hairy little cutie and a genuinely good actor, but I didn't see all the Asa love until a month or so ago. Asa used to date his "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children" co-star Ella Purnell, and I'm pretty convinced the relationship was genuine (I remember a very emotional airport reunion video of them). I've also seen Asa pining on social media over some Japanese girl he met only once, like Charlie Brown talking about the little red-headed girl (or the protagonist of a Weezer song). I think he'll keep it. He was raised in the business, so he knows how important image is. He likely this it makes him unique, and it does. He can remain a character actor for the rest of his career and be artistically fulfilled that way. He's also a good actor so it doesn't matter.
