Rick Moranis in Ghostbusters was BRILLIANT. And his work on SCTV was excellent. The best Merv Griffin! Believe me, this boy did not run out of money. His wife died, he gave up acting to raise his kids, lives in a gigantic apartment off of Central Park. Nope, money's not an issue for him. Probably bored now that his kids are grown and gone.

I have a soft spot for Rick, because he played the lead in a franchise I was obsessed with as a kid (the Honey... films) and a film I was obsessed with as an adult (Little Shop of Horrors).
