We need to significantly reform Pride, because capitalism has ruined it and the straights/trans have turned it into a big party instead of a fight for gay rights. Although I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering we seem to be perfectly content with gay erasure.

Gay men can't form long lasting relationships because one or both of the couple are always on the lookout for someone and something better. Gay men can't keep it in their pants. They're shallow, mean and nasty. You're considered old at 30 if not before.

That far too many of us are bitchy hate filled and at times malicious queens who always look for the worst thing we can find in other people, especially if the other people are better off than ourselves. Too many of us aren't willing to compromise on anything dealing with our own community, and far too many other things. Its our way or the highway. If you don't have 6-pack abs, muscular arms, a gorgeous, chiseled face and a strong jawline, and an 8+ inch dick, they aren't even going to give you the time of day. The reason why we don't have many out gay actors that aren't walking stereotypes is because gay men that aren't walking stereotypes don't have to turn to acting in lieu of getting a real job. Most actors do what they do because they fucked up somewhere else or can't do much more than pretend or look pretty.
