R54, there are some good guys out there. I’ve dated them, and believed I married (and divorced) one.

I’m perhaps, just little down today, hence my pessimism. I had a big disappointment take place last week, & I thought I was just gonna “walk through it”, without feeling sad. But today, it caught up with me, & I’m sad. Nothing I can’t fix, and my positive attitude will rebound, as it usually does.

In a few days, I’ll be taking a cake for 4 years of remaining clean & sober. I’m not as excited as I was last week, because I’ve done this before.

What I haven’t done before, is examine my life and work consistently on changing my outlook. I’ve done that now, and I’m my biggest advocate, because I truly do deserve to be happy.
