What do you think really happened to him in Dera'a? He said he was sexually abused and "lost his integrity", but that could mean anything. The majority of scholars also seem to think he lied and was never captured in the first place, let alone sodomized. So, what is the DL consensus on what happened to T. E. Lawrence? Did he really have his fill of uncut Arab cock or was it all a farce?
Uncut Arab cock???
Oh the humanity!

Maybe they beat him and DIDN'T rape him, and he never got over the disappointment.

R1 Circumcision is almost universal among Muslims.

I love this story. I first heard this story in "92 when I was in college. He was definitely sodomized and raped.
Here's why:
Whenever upper level military officials were captured, this was a form of degradation that they inflicted on Officers Only. Many officers reported being raped while held captive. It was always a gang rape. And it was about humiliation. Lawrence of Arabia's records of his post captive interview disappeared mysteriously. It doesn't take a forensic scientist to deduce what happened. He was an officer, captured, and what befell his peers, befell his ass! When men were raped, they would often get erections during the rape because the prostate was being stimulated. They would also ejaculate, which made it doubly humiliating and confusing for the men being raped!

Yes, he was raped.
What amazes me is how candid he was about the ordeal in his book.
It was first published in 1922 and he certainly didn’t shy away from admitting what happened.

Yeah, well, he wrote about his Bedouin soldiers getting it on with each other on PAGE TWO of "The Seven Pillars of Wisdom", in addition to his account of the gang rape. This was so astonishingly frank for a book published in the 1920s that I always assumed Lawrenxe was gay. Straight men just dont write about such things if they can help it, and back then, they didnt write about such things without condemnation or expressions of revulsion.
So I suspect Lawrence of being gay, and being gang raped had to be just as agonizing and traumatic for a gay man as a straight one.

R6 Historians can’t accept that Lawrence was gay, they call him “axesual”...

OP why the Freudian mistake on Muslim circumcision? Does the idea of the Arab he-man brute disturb you so, that you had to add "uncut cock" to make it especially appalling/exciting? Or are you just a dumb American who had no idea that Muslims are CUT and clean and live by honor, an honor which is not, of course, Western.
