Is there any drug that destroys your looks more than meth?

The only thing “destroying” Justin Bieber’s looks is age. Possibly a crappy diet. But he doesn’t look like a meth addict, for christ sake.

Bieber looks rough but he doesn't look like he's picking his skin off a la the typical meth user. He doesn't have the fat loss shown in the Might Ducks guy above.

But we have to take into account that looking rough seems to be desirable among many in this generation. Look at people like Billie Eilish, Pete Davidson and Jaden Smith. It’s edgy, an attempt to convey authenticity. It’s like druggie couture. So we can’t really tell if he’s actually fucked up, or more like a new pair of white shoes that have been purposely distressed.

Many cancer and other prescription drugs can destroy looks worse than meth. People who don't have good hygiene before using meth tend to show effects from it the most.

I still thinks Biebs is a girl. The testosterone shots are not working as well as they did 10 years ago, and his endocrine system is a tad taxed. Thyroid issues, etc. The excessive acne is a hormonal reaction to an imbalanced menstrual cycle, that cannot be corrected by estrogen, due to the testosterone shots.

Sleep disorders, weight loss, weight gain, physical lethargy, clinical depression, hair loss, excess oils produced on scalp, face, chest, legs, and presentation of thyroid disorders can all be experienced by people who are required to undergo lifelong, long term, FtM transgender reassignment.

This might be some meth abuse, but it isn’t just meth abuse, and perhaps very little or zero meth abuse, since FtM Testosterone regiments will do this effortlessly, on its own.

I feel like Zac Efron is the more likely meth candidate. The dyed hair look, the skin, the occasional wide-eye dead look.
