So that only means OP made the original clickbait worse by calling it a "sex act"...he tries to imply that Cowell has left the show due to some sex scandal that he was personally involved in, which is even worse than the websites implication. Both versions intentionally convey that Cowell has left the show, not a room.

Even if he's erect, using an erect penis to do a non sexual activity is not a sexual act. It's about the intent. Like the poster upthread said so eloquently, unless he's fucking the canvas it's not sexual.
