Are straight guys on the down low bisexuals or homosexuals in denial? Either way, if they are pumping dick to dick, they aren't straight. I'll take a pass on the movie. Nothing is more exciting than your own sex life and nothing is more boring than someone else's.

since "straight" men on the down low exist only in the fever dreams of DL queens, the audience is too limited.

Films about bisexuals and closeted homos are frequently made however.

The problem with making a movie about those guys is that they're so incredibly unsympathetic. They live a lie, they lie to everyone around them, they lie to and cheat on people they claim to love, etc.

The only way to make them sympathetic is to have them stop lying and come out, and once you do that, you don't have a story about a closet case - you have yet another story about coming out.

Better as a multipart series to earnestly explore layers of a complex subject. Impact of social contract, culture, labeling. Attraction, desire, sexual release. Dominance, submission.
