Why didn't she have a bigger career? I always thought she had a nice screen presence, and was one of the best things about "ALF", as silly as that show was. She really only appeared in a handful of movies, the biggest probably being "Embryo" with Rock Hudson and Diane Ladd. She basically quit working after "ALF" was over.
She didn't age very well.

I had a soft spot for shitshow ALF when it aired. I also thought she was quite like able and could have done more dramatic work in the early 80s
