There are a number of female directors, but unfortunately, they tend to not get big budget, studio projects. Their numbers are stronger in the indie world. The problem is that what big actor will forego their huge quote to do a project for scale? Their agent wouldn't even pass it on to their client.

As a producer (his production company co-financed RICHARD JEWELL, ROBIN HOOD, THE REVENANT), he could do better by pushing female driven projects. A few of his production company's documentaries were directed by women.

If I could be any Hollywood star, I'd go with Leo, but gay as fuck.

I think Leo might be into black guys. When he was younger, he seemed to love hanging out with rappers and basketball players. And years ago, there was a poster here on DL who said he was black male former escort, and claimed Leo hired him a few times. It sounded believable to me, maybe because the guy wasn't bragging about it. He described Leo's body as "weird" and not that attractive, which is pretty much what you'd expect.
