Only the military is allowed to have billion dollar scrapped projects and failed innovation. Healthcare, clean energy, Education, no way. Those might actually make people's lives better if they learned from their mistakes and hit upon a success.

Yeah, this plant is obsolete not because fossil fuels are cheaper but because solar technology has advanced so much. So Republicans are still wrong.
