R21 I suspect that's exactly what's going on. He's been mentally ill the entire time and was probably limited with having surgery because it was more than excessive. To continue access to surgeries, knowing no one in this climate is going to deny trans identities, that gives him an excuse to get a dozen or more now that it's "necessary".

Some posters here can continue believing trans treatment is some difficult process that no one would ever go through unless they really felt trans, but think again. Barriers have been so diminished and body dysphoria is no longer a requirement to get whatever medical care.

When people like him are pursuing any other extreme body modifications, or identities, everyone sees it for what it is. Animals, dolls, aliens, or whatever, is seen as freaky and a product of illness. But when a man says he's a woman, which he'd have no more of a reference point for than being an animal, alien, or doll, it gets cheered on and called progressive.

It wouldn't matter as much if they weren't pursuing identities that some people already have. Being an alien, animal, or doll, doesn't have legal consequences at the cost of another group. None of those identities have the clout to drag children into it because people recognize it's messed up. But not when it comes to transness.
