From your lips to god's ears, R4. It's funny how one thinks with the force of the whole entire Federal government arrayed against him, he'd be better off being tried in local or state courts with their relatively limited resources.

But since the Reagan era that emasculated much of our federal civil rights prosecutions, we have found it's often better to fuck these types of people in state courts, where we can get a more diverse jury and harsher sentences.
