Some people have these kinds of friendships/relationships that are love/hate. Doesn't mean she/he is a raging bitch--it's interpersonal. Also, being on a set (or filming in public, which is even worse), working 16 hours a day, is VERY hard on the nerves. Even normal, level-headed people can get exasperated. It's part of their environment of having deadlines and long days.
