The bags (under-eye) removal is truly impressive. Eye lids look great, lifted, but not like Kenny Rogers. His turkey neck is gone. Neck looks a lot better. This guy's surgeon is an artist and I'm sure this guy feels like he has a new lease on life.

Still needs: Botox between eyebrows, better grooming of eyebrows, lighten up on the hair dye.

It is an improvement. I want to get lower eye surgery done but worried about the outcome since it seems hit or miss. I've had people ask me if I rub my eyes a lot or if I have black eye to a coworker commenting how old I look when I took my glasses off.

The guy in Ops pic should also consider a nose job.

Everyone is so used to seeing overdone bad work, that an actual good facelift gets shit on for not looking tight enough.

Both OP and R15 show objectively great results compared to past aggressive surgery on males that meant ending up with either facial feminization or (slightly better) a Michael Myers mask.
