I thought she had stuff done. Her lips look like they've had fillers at least, but she does look fairly decent without makeup. I say leave well enough alone before she looks freakish.

She looks OK. I have never found her to be beautiful but I do think she had an interesting look.

Definitely had lips done based on that horizontal wrinkle under the nose when she smiles.

Madonna is also 61. I think the graceful approach is working just fine for Ms. Pfeiffer.

Michelle’s lips are natural. She always hated them and was bullied over them. They called her duck lips. Her sister even said she scared the crap out of them as kids with those lips.

And to the person who said they never thought she was beautiful... really?! Holy cow.

I know she's has her nose done at least twice. But she looks good now -- she doesn't need a thing done.

Stay on this path. It looks like she had a touch up here and there but nothing major. She doesn’t need to. She will get more roles this way anyway.

She's already had plastic surgery. The half-circle line between her nose and top lip looks like she did something there.

R8, she's one of those people who I get why they are considered beautiful but I don't find her particularly so. I don't know what it is. Not that I dislike her, there's just something about her that I don't find all that stunning.

Not to pile on Madonna R6 (who I like as an entertainer - which is not the same as singer), but I just noticed Jamie Lee Curtis is ALSO 61, and she has proudly never had anything done. Doesn't even dye her hair. She also looks great.

Jamie Lee looks fabulous and like a real woman her age should look. You can tell she's a very joyful person and doesn't take anything for granted.

Absolutely, she should tighten things up! She's known for her beauty and she needs to stay in her lane!!! She is not a character actress! She is a MOVIE STAR! And she needs some "tasteful" implants, to bring those babies back to life!!!

The horizontal line has developed from years of smiling. It will happen to most women as they age.

I think she's had some work done too. But within reason. She still looks good and like herself. She should probably stop while she ahead.

She does look good, though. I always thought Michelle would go overboard with plastic surgery. Glad to see she hasn't.

It's too bad that she doesn't act more. She's an excellent actress. Whether it's by choice or a lack of parts, it's a shame we don't see her more on the big screen.

Jamie Lee admits to having her eyes done at quite a young age. I think it was right after the cinematographer of Perfect decided to shoot someone else's coverage one day, because he thought her eye bags looked horrible. That's when she developed her pain killer addiction. One can see why she never went back under the knife after that.
