I've never felt this passionate about a pop star before. I relate to her on so many levels because of what I've been through being a skinny guy. I've been called anorexic, chicken legs, scrawny, every insult and rude comment for skinny people. are rude to me, but Lizzo helps me be confident about myself. I think her message is okay and right, but she's just not presenting it in the best light. I empathize with her as being a curvy black guy and being called names as a child growing up. I haven't even really had my own boyfriend yet because nobody wants to be seen with me. And I'm sure that has happened in her case possibly simply based on the "Good as Hell" video. I could be wrong and if I am, I'll accept the criticism. But as far as I'm concerned, she gives me a little bit of hope to be happy with my size and physically fit with it (unlike her). I wish I could be happy with my size like her, since my weight increases somehow in the wintertime and I'm eating less and then decreases in the summertime when I'm eating more.
