This ad is a perfect demonstration of why Trump fears Joe the most. Look at the scene where Joe’s descending the steps of Air Force One. Seeing him walk alongside Trudeau. No other candidate could present such an image. Trump was probably excited for a bit thinking Joe would falter and he’d get to run against Liz Warren but it increasingly looks like that (thankfully) won’t be the case.

Anyone could have pulled it together rather quickly using standard Mac software. Just splice together the clips on Twitter, some photos of Joe as VP with world leaders, add text and hokey music and done.

Maybe run it by the lawyers and some others but all of that footage is out there/has been out there.
