It's fine to be comfortable in your body while slightly overweight. This is way more than slightly overweight, this is being fat enough to put stress on your body. This is not body positivity, it is celebrating a health hazard.

If promoting the image of underweight women is discouraged, promoting the image of obese women should be discouraged too. Both are unhealthy.

Our culture has generally validated women for being stick thin, even though a lot of men don't actually want a bony woman. So if there is some balance where you're allowed to actually be a bit bigger and have self esteem then what is wrong with that?

No, muscle is not the same as fat.
