There is a book being written about this permanent A++ list actress/singer with at least one A list offspring. The book is being written using what remained from a first book about the A++ lister written by her former husband. The new book contains a chapter about the repeated sexual assaults she suffered during the filming of her most famous movie.

What does this mean?
"The book is being written using what remained from a first book about the A++ lister written by her former husband."
The rest of it sounds like Judy Garland, but what book is this and what does "what remained" of it refer to?

Sounds like Judy, I'm guess one of her husbands wrote a book, that wasn't published, and the manuscript only exists in fragmentary form.

Mickey Rooney was a munchkin wasn’t he?

Please, if this was really true Sid Luft would have published this 30 years ago to make a quick buck from the then-powerful National Enquirer/ Star or asked for money from MGM/Warner/CBS to "kill" the story to protect the invaluable Oz franchise.

Janet Leigh?

The rumors have always stated Judy's assaulter as Spencer Tracy, but it seems hard to believe.

Notice the symbolism is this clip, where Dorothy wakes up in a drugged like state with several creepy men watching her.
"Some of it wasn't very nice". "Doesn't anybody believe me"?
The vile Auntie Em covers for the men.

If this is from CDAN, automatically disregard it. The owner of the site is a weirdo who appears to be detailing his own perverted fantasies and projecting them onto various Hollywood celebrities.

I think it's Debbie Reynolds. Carrie Fisher is the offspring, Eddie Fisher wrote a book or two and Carrie didn't speak to him for years over some of what he wrote about Debbie; he apparently claimed to hold material back.

"Please, if this was really true Sid Luft would have published this 30 years ago"
Sid Luft wasn't around when the Wizard of Oz was being made, and I don't think anyone would have gone after JG during A Star is Born. If Luft knew a story when Oz happened, Judy would have been the one to tell him.

Judy got her bottom pinched by the Munchkins, but that was as far as it went.
The rumor is that she had a full-blown affair with Spencer Tracy when she was 14/15 years old. Today we'd call that molestation and statutory rape, but back then everyone looked the other way.

I thought Spencer Tracy was gay (per Datalounge).

Like any true homosexualists, Spencer could never avoid the gravitational pull of the legendary Garland bush! Just sucked him right in--penis and all!
