Do you think those hidden camera videos you see on X-Tube and other sites are real because some of them show the guy's faces and it seems that would be illegal.

Usually no. Truest one is the British massage therapist, and is clearly illegal on several regards not least of which is breach of privacy.

Would it have killed you to have at least posted a picture or link OP? Would it? I mean would that have really been so hard? Would it? Why don’t you try to think more of others next time before you post? What's your problem? I mean really, what's your damn problem?

When cell phone cameras first came out, there was one guy taking pics in the locker room where I worked out. Later discovered my pic on a porn site, but it was removed along with others he had taken.

R12 - where?
Many states do not prohibit videos when at least one person (the photographer) agrees to it. But if it’s in a bathroom or locker room, “Reasonable expectation of privacy” protects anyone from being photographed.
In a hotel room where one of the occupants is secretly recording you? Ok in most states.
But in a public bathroom or locker room? Illegal in most places.
