Will it get ratified? I heard recently another state approved it. I'm glad that's the case, but isn't there a statue of limitations on the other states' approval? The legislators who approved it back in the 70s are likely long dead by now.

The ERA has no time limit in it, so there is none. More recent amendments require ratification within a certain period, usually 10 years, or the amendment expires.
More uncertain is that a number of states ratified it, then revoked their ratification. There is no precedence for revoking a ratification. So, if those states are included in the count, it will probably go to the SCOTUS for resolution.
