They both look like maybe they had some bad work done, except I don't know if I believe that picture.

He's wearing more makeup than she is. His blusher is subtle, but once you see it you can't unsee it.

Actually he looks pretty good in that photo OP. Have you seen some of his other photos over the last few years? He looks like he sobered up here. More grey in the hair than in other pics but it works for him. He's 50.

The whole photo's been bleached out. They could have touched up the eyes but it would have looked to Disney for what they wanted.

I think because Aniston is the most visible of the bunch, we instinctively expect all of them to look as good and as relatively unchanged as as Aniston has looked all these years.

She was never the best-looking but she has aged amazingly well. Just as Perry has aged amazingly badly.

The rest are closer to normal, but still look older than Aniston (and younger than Perry)

I thought she looked bizarre in Dirt-- too much plastic surgery. But it was a perfect look for her character and I liked the cynical take the show had on tabloids.

R47, they're obviously older than they were on Friends, but they're not all that old. Perry is only 50, the other two guys from the show look much better. It's his lifestyle. The women to me look fine.

my opinion of who aged the best (not in terms of attractiveness, just aging): Jennifer Aniston - really stunning for a 50 year old woman David Schwimmer - literally looks the same Matt Leblanc - aged sexy but looks his age (wrinkles, weight gain, etc) Lisa Kudrow - looks her age Courteney Cox - looks good, but a bit too much work done to her face Matthew Perry - in shock :(
