At least she has the comfort of knowing in another week, the worst will be over. And in another year, the whole thing will be over for her. Unlike Lori Loughlin, who has dug her heels in and is now looking at probable real prison time.
I don't know if Felicity can count on having much of a career left, but at least money won't be an issue.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | October 19, 2019 11:58 PM |

Lori Loughlin on the other hand, looks like an entitled rich cunt bitch, and her daughter a trashy whore.

I sort of respect the fact that Felicity took this on the chin and pleaded guilty, even though it's small potatoes. I feel like she'll really treat it as a "learning experience" and commit to public atonement for this. Lori Loughlin, on the other hand, has proven herself an insufferable (and utterly stupid) cunt who deserves all the prison time she gets.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | October 20, 2019 12:26 AM |

We know that a mini-series is in development and the producers are probably glad for this pic. They are probably pitching ideas for Felicity's prison scenes.

by Anonymous | reply 23 | October 20, 2019 1:10 AM |
Exactly R2. I think she did something shitty but I hate the hypocritical law enforcement types more who think that they can do wtf they like and still own the moral high ground. The guard who took the picture is probably selling drugs to and taking bribes from the prisoners.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | October 20, 2019 1:13 AM |
r23 you can also see it in her daughter and how much she respects school. Kids get that from the parents.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | October 20, 2019 1:31 AM |
Here is Lori and her famous "checked-out" stare. Felicity seems like a reasonably intellectual woman to me; she also came from an uppercrust, privileged family, whereas Lori seems to have had a complex her entire life about being uneducated Long Island trash—hence why she was willing to drop half-a-mill on getting her princess into USC, whereas Felicity's top dollar was $15k.

IIRC, the news originally reported that Felicity Huffman's plea offer was for something like 6 months. 14 days is a long way from that. I doubt that Lori Loughlin and her husband will do much time. I predict 3 months, at most.

by Anonymous | reply 39 | October 20, 2019 4:43 AM |
$15000 for Georgetown. LL was half a mill for that crapshack USC. Wonder how much Dr. Dre paid for his kid to get in.
Felicity is going to have to disappear and do theatre for at least a year before she’ll get another movie. Doing jail time is so off-brand for her, she’ll have to either rebrand completely or disappear and come back.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | October 20, 2019 5:22 AM |
It would be totally fun to have her do SNL the week after she gets out.
by Anonymous | reply 41 | October 20, 2019 6:55 AM |
R40 Dr. Dre donated like 70 million dollars to USC several years ago. His daughter is attending their film program. I'm betting he'll probably a fund a production company for her at some point. She'll also benefit from nepotism in Hollywood just like all the kids of celebs who work behind or front of the camera.

by Anonymous | reply 43 | October 20, 2019 4:16 PM |
I wonder how employable Huffman will be after all this. Doing made-for-streaming movies (like the recent, wretched OTHERHOOD) and mini-series have been her bread and butter, often playing kooky or controlling moms or, ironically, district attorneys. She's no longer a great fit for either of those parts.
She has theatre chops and training but I cannot remember the last time she did theatre, at least in NY.
At 56, she might consider retiring from any kind of public life.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | October 20, 2019 4:35 PM |

But Lifetime or Tru TV will come a calling having her star in her own autobiographical opus.

Hey I know a some very intelligent Hauppauge High alum including her friends, one became a teacher, so there, but Lori really did have an attitude even when she was a teen on the soap. Felicity, pled, and only involved one daughter for $15K. She decided not to do the same for the second daughter. Lori did both girls, that's twice, complete with fake pictures and a half million dollars. She'll get six month if convicted.

I see her cast in the next Eva Longoria produced tv show. Eva's Grand Hotel got cancelled but I'm sure there will be another one around the corner, Eva is a busy bee. Maybe "Flicka" as Eva calls her can be the next bitch on wheels in some Devious Maids type reincarnation.

from FH's IMDB.com page:
[quote]She has German, English, Scots-Irish/Northern Irish, Irish, Scottish, French, Dutch and Irish ancestry. Among her prominent ancestors are her great-grandfathers, Gershom Moore Peters, founder of the Peters Cartridge Company and prominent Baptist minister, and Frederick Berthold Ewing, a prominent St. Louis businessman, and her great-great-grandfather, Joseph Warren King, who founded the King Mills Powder Company. On March 1, 2012, she launched What The Flicka, a website dedicated to women and mothers where she is a regular contributor.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | October 20, 2019 4:54 PM |
Lori will be in either a reality show after her one-month lockup at a country club prison or as the poster above said a Lifetime gig. She is not doing more than a month's time. Guaranteed.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | October 20, 2019 6:44 PM |
Lori will do DWTS or perhaps John Stamos can pull some strings at General Hospital and get her a contract role there, maybe he'll even return as "Blackie" to help introduce her character. She'll spin it in that press that she's returning to her soap roots.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | October 20, 2019 6:51 PM |
My question was rhetorical r42. I think a lot of people know about the 70 million. I didn’t phrase it correctly. Sorry.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | October 22, 2019 7:05 AM |
R7, have you bothered listening to legal experts on the news? If Lori continues to stonewall it, she will do way more than a month. I think her best case scenario, assuming she changes her plea to "guilty," is two or three months in prison.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | October 22, 2019 7:37 AM |
Three months? She needs to get several years. They should add more charges.
by Anonymous | reply 54 | October 22, 2019 11:43 PM |

It's not celebs, r58, it's the ultra-rich thinking they can do whatever they want and break whatever laws they want and get away with it. They do, most of the time, so it's nice to see them being punished once in awhile.

by Anonymous | reply 61 | October 23, 2019 10:12 PM |
Lori's facing more charges now. There is no way she's getting off with a "slap on the wrist" sentence like Felicity got. Even if she suddenly changes to a guilty plea, it's not going to go well for her. The best she can hope for is that she gets to do her time in California, closer to friends and family (and fans!)
In the meantime, her two incredibly stupid daughters have bitched and moaned about their "influencer" careers being destroyed by mummsie and daddy. Tough luck, girls. Time to get a real job. I hear McDonald's is hiring.
by Anonymous | reply 62 | October 23, 2019 11:18 PM |
People will be more forgiving towards Felicity. She turned herself in and plead guilty. Lori went on the run, sending her PA poorly disguised as her in her place at the airport and continues to deny any wrongdoing.
by Anonymous | reply 63 | October 23, 2019 11:58 PM |
I bet Lori pressured Felicity into the whole thing, harranged her day and night, even made threats, until our little desperate housewife went along with the scheme.
I want her head shorn in public!
Look at that evil, conniving face - LOOK AT IT!
by Anonymous | reply 64 | October 24, 2019 12:11 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 65 | October 24, 2019 12:14 AM |

Felicity H’s rep is not good anymore. She can’t come roaring back or it will make her look shameless. She’ll have to do an apology tour (too bad Oprah and Baba retired) and some small roles and then it’s back to normal. She did the crime and paid for it, but it was still entitled rich white bitch shit that people are not that into anymore. She’s paid the price and learning her lesson.
That Full House witch though, she’s getting more than 3 months. Half a million for USC for god’s Sake. What an idiot.
