Rubbish! Straight men often are just as concerned about looking a bit younger as gays. Especially if they are in certain occupations/professions, and or maybe going through mid-life crisis.

For plastic surgery it usually something so slight they look "rested". Hair wise the gray is still largely there but with a hint of color blending things in so again the affect is to brighten the face and take some (but not all) the age off.

Both men and women start going down the rabbit hole when instead of looking just a wee bit younger they try to make it decades. That rarely works out well. Sly Stallone, Robert Downey Jr., Steven Seagal, Chuck Norris, Tom Cruise are all cases in point.
