Why do British girls tend to be drunks and dumpy?

I don’t understand why these girls always tend to be loud, sloppy and drunk. What’s more, their hygiene seems to be questionable and all of them have bad teeth. Why are British girls like this?

I've often wondered why so many of them are addicted to fake tanner and heavy eyeliner. Granted, we've got on our side too but these UK gals love their heavy Trump tans.
