Two and a Half Men
I have a new job that peripherally requires a casual knowledge of this tv show that I have never watched and don’t want to... (tv station that airs it)
Why do these seemingly unwilling roommates/brothers live together? For the kid? For financial purposes?
Is it acknowledged that Jon Cryer’s charTer (and actor himself) have total gay face and are in the closet? He’s practically Sean Hayes level...
Thank you for any info that spares me from watching this show...

I got you OP. Alan lives with Charlie because he is divorced with a son and his wife fleeced him in the divorce and got the house. He is a chiropractor that makes little Money and pays huge alimony. He also likes living in Malibu but can’t afford it. Charlie makes him sleep on a sofa bed in the guest room and Jake has his own room. Alan is cheap because he is always broke and Charlie is rich through stupid shot like writing jingles for commercials and parties a lot . My faves are the mother and Berta the housekeeper

Thank you, R1.
How is the Ashton Kutcher transition handled?
Do we all just pretend Jon cryer is straight?

Come on now. I bet the show will grow on you. They have great guest stars like NPH, Cher, Tom Selleck, Vivian Vance and more.

You got a job that requires you to have knowledge of a show that died four years ago? I see. Well, if you're now writing on a Chuck Lorre show can you please tell him to get over the bowel movement and prostrate humor, please? It's tiresome. Thanks !

As stated, I work for a tv station that airs reruns. I should have a casual working knowledge of programming.

Demi Moore would beg to differ with you.

I'm not, r5. It's actually being massaged as I type, can you say the same? Ever?

It’s just The Odd Couple with a little kid. I’m surprised Elaine Joyce hasn’t gotten around to suing yet.

What kind of job would require you to know something about that turd of the show, OP?? I'm seriously contemplating contacting OSHA on your behalf.

Wow. Can I have your job?

Jon had so many flops before this. He was almost Chandler Bing.

Watch the first 4 seasons OP. They aren’t that bad. My favorites are The Salmon Under My Sweater and Hi Mr. Horned One.
My favorite character is Rose, Charlie’s one night stand neighbor who becomes his stalker.

Charlie Sheen plays a rich perv, who through a fluke of Barry Manilowesque jingle skills, rakes in money for his music compositions,
I must admit, I LOVE Charlie Waffles, his kiddie TV persona.
Pervy and HILARIOUS!

A show that was worse than "Happy Days" when it came to beating a dead horse.

Yeah, I can't believe how low class the humor was, I loved it when Angus grew up and told them toilet humor stops being funny at three
