Right to be forgotten limited to the EU

I have long said this ruling was flawed to start off with. But at least they're not trying to impose it on the rest of the world.

The "right to be forgotten" is becoming a global standard (even if it's not an unlimited standard). It's built into the new California data privacy law's provisions on the deletion of data.
