They limited the propagation of videos of people they thought would get bullied, r34. It was a stupid thing to do but the reasoning behind it was that they needed a temporary way to stop the enormous amount of nasty comments certain users were getting. They stopped doing it in September while Facebook is still doing it on occasion, just FYI.
