Of course they have all been preserved in accordance with NARA regulations regarding official mail archival. If she deleted them, that's a violation of federal law.

Simple, if she has clearance (she does), they need to check and see if she sent classified information. If she did, she is guilty.

I still don’t understand how he can appoint his children and best friends as whitehouse employees. I sadly assumed you must have the educational requirements for those jobs. Apparently, it’s the same requirements as his reality show. Ugly smug faces, that have no idea of what’s going on, yet get off by dismissing people.

Well if a stupid, untalented guy can become president....why can't his stupid, untalented kids work for him?

And how would we know whether she preserved every one of them or not?

R8. Great question! Thanks for asking a Certified Nerd ™

When conducting a forensic investigation involving email, all emails retrieved from official sources can be compared against the ISP logs. This establishes authenticity and ensures whether any are missing.

ISPs retain all email for three years, so at this point her communications are still retained even if she has deleted them. This is why stupid criminals are easily caught. Think “Anthony Weiner”

Deleting email from your device or email application doesn’t slow an investigation. It just raises questions.

What are the chances this dipshit was discussing classified information. She was probably discussing what color dress to wear to the next summit with her stylist.
