To me the absolute best mouthwash is also one of the oldest, cinnamon Lavoris. Sadly, it is hard to find nowadays, you can order it online and they sell smaller bottles at the Dollartree.

I have used Jason mouthwash for years: even on sale it's kind of expensive, but for me it's worth it.

Listerine (or the generic equivalent). It is sold as an OTC drug where as Scope is not. What this means is the makers of Listerine have gone through the motions that prove the product has genuine health benefits (basically the high alcohol content kills the germs in the gums). Scope has not.

You mix equal parts Listerine, vinegar and water and you get a good callous remover R4. I forget what is in Listerine that helps, but it is not in other mouthwash.

You use listerine whitening first before you brush for the peroxide. Then you use aqua fresh extreme clean and you finish with regular listerine.

Be sure to brush your tongue and the top of your mouth with your tooth brush while brushing your teeth.

Your mouth will be as fresh as a spring morning.

Use Dr. Tichenor‘s mouthwash if you can handle it.
