r24 I had thought he was gay but I went back and watched his solo interviews and he was actually very cagey in his answers - he would talk about sex with a person never a guy/boy/man etc. and there was no references to coming out or even ever having same sex encounters in high school. He is obviously self-aware enough to know that he will piss off a significant share of fans if he constantly talked about sex with women or continually reasserted his heterosexuality that would have (and still is for many) been de rigueur previously.
