Harold Huber
Character actor in the 1930s-40s, mostly played heavies. Had a big scar on the side of his face. If you watch old movies you'd recognize him.
I just watched The Thin Man (1934) the other day and loved him in it.
Do you think he's cute?
He died at 49 during surgery. Surgery for what?

Cute? What the hell is wrong with you. He’s bug-eyed weak-chinned, greasy-haired, has a giant scar on his face and he looks 75 years old.

Yes, he *IS* cute. Granted, the OP pic doesn't say much. But if you see him in action on screen, there's something there.
