Timothée Chalamet and Lily-Rose Depp have long confounded people who pay attention to Timothée Chalamet and Lily-Rose Depp, as they are two people who clearly like sticking their tongues in each other’s mouths but are extremely coy about whether or not they are a *thing.* I had several college boyfriends like this and it did not end well for me, but hopefully things are going better for Chalamet and Depp, who were spotted seemingly consuming each other whole on a boat in Italy.

Even if most people are buying it (amazingly), the tweets about his inept/unattractive kissing style and passivity/beta maleness can't be good for his actor image either (not to mention his ego). It might be difficult to cast him as a romantic lead with that sort of rep. So again it's a PR team fail. They definitely should have sorted through the pictures first. Ironically, LRD, who is the one who took it too far, looks great in this: beautiful, sexy, and fearless. This will help her career, not his. If she had just held back a little, they might have looked cute as with the October pics, and both benefited.

And maybe this stunt is in part to counteract that big problem but all it ultimately does is highlight the difference between what something real looks like and what something fake looks like. I think there are several reasons that the CMBYN sequel has been shelved, and some of them have to do with the messes their personal lives are right now

Brian has to deflect the blame to the fans because this incident makes him look incompetent as an agent. His job is to advise and look out for his actor clients. I've always been on the fence about A&T's relationship. It seems unbelievable in some ways that they could be together, but there's so much strange shit that's been going for over 2 years now I'm not sure what the logical explanation is for it. While the end of 2018/beginning of 2019 was kind of pushing me to believe it, more than six months with barely anything has made me doubt it again. I think they're still friends, but there's no proof they've even seen each other since February (Armie said they facetimed in March though).

I guess it was like this last year too but they've been done filming now and nothing. Of course it's possible that they meet and we would never know about it since they can go undetected pretty easily, but still. Long distance is hard, having to hide is hard, it just seems like a shitty situation to be in, especially at 23.
