I was just going to post that R33. I think R15 is correct since when the smokestacks appear at the 1:00 mark they are south of her building. The Roosevelt Island tram is 59th St. so she would need to be at least in the high 70s

R35, Looking to the right on her balcony you can clearly see Roosevelt Island and the smokestacks of the ConEd power plant in Astoria. I don’t know how you’d see all that from the UWS.

There are listings for Ken Pace on the UWS and the UES. Those might be outdated. The Paladin is a red brick building on E 62, but it doesn’t look like the same type of balconies in the video.

But I think you’re right about the Brooklyn Heights exteriors.

As for her having money, if she's just average she should have. If you had $10,000 in 1990; at age thirty; and invested it conservatively in stocks and mutual funds you'd have over 3 million dollars today.

Eve had more than that at a younger age and for longer. If she was just average in her investments, she'd have a lot today.
