Hooray. Can't wait to see how he fucks 'em all up.

Couldn't he be at least a little gay in his choices?

A 10 hour version of A Chorus Line??

by Anonymousreply 3September 4, 2019 1:38 AM

I think the Halston one sounds cool. I wonder who will play Victor Hugo?

These are all going to be sooooo awful. Can this man not come up with anything original or creative?

Will each song in A Chorus Line be a 1 hour episode?

by Anonymousreply 6September 4, 2019 1:50 AM

How in the world is he going to expand A Chorus Line into a 10-episode series? The composer, Marvin Hamlisch, is dead, so there's no way to add additional songs. Is he turning it into more of a drama than an actual musical? It sure sounds like it.

I hope he casts Streisand and Midler in the movie about a real-life closeted lesbian couple who came out in their 80s.

Gaga is playing Liza in the Halston series.

What a coincidence! Liza is playing Cassie in episodes 8, 9, 10 of A Chorus Line. That segment will be called "All I ever needed was the music and the mirror and a wheelchair and a good insurance plan to dance for you!!"

I hear next season, Ryan's planning a 15 part series on Funny Girl. Lea Michelle has been offered the role of Lower East Side Yenta #3!

What else is on the plate?
