Salma's face looks amazing at her age! Everyone should go to her surgeon. But Ashley Simpson is the epitome of ugly duckling to swan after a few choices procedures.

R4 Oh honey thanks but we all wish we looked as tight and glam as old Lana. Those Hollywood facelifts were the bomb, then add in stage lighting, and grainy gorgeous film. Madonna wishes she looked this passable.

Ashlee Simpson has had the best plastic surgery. I literally saw her at a bar two nights ago and she did something else to her face and she just looked so inhumanely gorgeous. I talked to her and was gushing because I was kind of drunk, and was like "bitch, EVERYONE has copied you" and she just soaked it up and kind of nodded. She knew I was not lying. I also told her that I always forgot that Jessica was her sister because I just categorize her in a totally different part of my brain.

Literally, everyone in Hollywood has been copying Ashlee for the past 15 years.

Lots of people copied her nosejob. Jen Anniston and others ran to her plastic surgeon after Ashlee showed the world her extreme nose makeover.

Ashlee was one of the VERY first to introduce the "ombre" hair look, which Drew Barrymore and others copied.

Ashlee released the first pop songs that were heavily pop-rock, which was later copied by that fat chick from American Idol, Taylor Swift, and others.

I have a lot of other evidence but I'm passing out.

I forgot she spells her name with that silly double-E. Bitch does look good though. Completely foreign, plastic, alien beauty, but beautiful none the less. Kinda like Cher, where the point isn't to have believable surgery, just good surgery.

What was the old school plastic surgery just a facelift? All the golf ball cheek implants they do now look bad to me.

Facelifts usually look better than these awful fillers everyone gets now. I know fillers are temporary and less invasive, so I see why people would prefer that route if it works. But it usually looks terrible to me.

OP's and R6's pics of Lana Turner are NOT pics of her after plastic surgery. She's only in her 30's in both pics. She's just one of those people who look a lot older once they hit 30.

I’ve never been more blown away by anyone’s transformation than Kylie Jenner’s. She went from plain/ugly to drop dead gorgeous.

R13 - Kylie literally got her entire skull resculpted. I have no idea how they did what they did. The fact that she is even still alive after what they put her through is a miracle in itself.

R9 - you're exactly correct. Ashlee looks beautiful but does NOT look like a normal person anymore. And yes, I forget she's Jessica's sister for whatever reason.

Lana Turner still looked good without surgery up until about age 40 (@ 1961). If she had any up to that point (I don't think she did) it was minimal. You can sort of just tell her face hadn't been lifted and she still had crow's feet etc. The second photo above is from Madame X. Maybe by that time (later 1960s) she'd had a face lift, idk.

Salma Hayek looks really good for her age. She must have the same surgeon as Jennifer Lopez.

Kylie Jenner went waaay overboard imo. She looks okay at certain angles (= her own instagram photos) but rather rough for someone her age in candids. The whole family is too much in terms of plastic surgery, but Kylie actually changed from a plain American girl into a Middle Eastern looking woman. If plastic surgery seemingly changes your race, it's too much.

Best surgery from the bunch has Kendall Jenner. She was a pretty girl, but nothing special and I think the last time I saw a photo of her was at the Met Gala this year, where she looked really really good. She just has to stop now and not go crazy like her relatives.

The whole family must have such a weird time if they look at old family photos....

All those frozen faces and duck lips just gross me out. What's wrong with a few character lines? And the fake asses and bolt ons. I realize that much of the fakery is done to make themselves look better... or like every other Hollywood person, but Is there such a thing as looking like yourself or aging gracefully with these people?

Diana Ross owns this thread - she looks completely natural. Got her first face lift in her mid forties during the late 80s. I remember well her interview with Larry King at that time. Her face was so tight that she was barely moving her mouth to speak.

Pam Anderson might not have had the “best” plastic surgery, but it was arguably the most successful single procedure in history (initially). She became an icon with a pair of bolt-ons and a bottle of bleach. Right place, right time.

Angelina Jolie has had jaw implants, chin and cheek implants, forehead reshaping, nose jobs, brow lifts, and face lifts and looks pretty amazing. I have no idea how they’ve made her a completely different person and not gone overboard? Bizarre.

r25 all anyone notices are her lips, and she’s always had those.

R24 Pamela Anderson was also charming and seemed like a fun gal. But yeah, the rack.

At one time Christie Brinkley looked good. Now she looks bizarre with a frozen joker smile. She didn't know when to stop.

These people that go to plastic surgeons and look totally different after the procedure, do they ask the surgeon to make them look a certain way?

Ivanka has a completely different face. It’s better, but obvious.

R32, we only see her in photos or video clips. I often wonder what someone who has had as much surgery as she had would look like in person. I imagine that in person, all that surgery underneath the spackled on makeup would be quite obvious and odd looking.

I don’t think Ivanka’s face screams plastic surgery. It’s obvious because she looks so different, but I think the work is good. Her implants are another story. They are ridiculous. Is that OK according to Jewish law? If you can’t get a tattoo, I would assume that plastic surgery that isn’t reconstructive would also be a problem. Her tits are arguably disfiguring. I can’t understand why she doesn’t have them re-done.

Rosie O'Donnell tells a story of seeing Ivanka at a restaurant R33. Said she was the most beautiful woman she had ever seen.

A friend in L.A. tells me (male) actor friends in their early 20s are getting injections and lip fillers, etc., and that they already looked great to begin with. All in keeping with the trend away from casting average-looking people to play average people.

Sharon Stone owns this thread, actually, r39. This bitch is 60 (in words: sixty!!!!) years old (that she'll admit to).

And unlike Cher and Ashlee Simpson, she doesn't looke "surgeried".

The only famous person who'd I say unequivocally looks 100% better after plastic surgery is Conor McGregor. He got himself a brand new nose many years ago, and it completely changed his entire face and how he was perceived.

I don’t think Bella Hadid’s work is good. She’s striking when she is expressionless and you see her straight on. In rare, more candid photos she looks weird. And she is not going to age well. Her face is very smooth and flat. And soon as imperfections crop up the illusion is going to be destroyed.
