He used to be attractive but unremarkable looking. Careful styling has really helped him to create a striking look, whether people love it or hate it. I am not personally a fan of the women’s clothes he wears—I don’t have “a problem” with it; I just don’t find it attractive on men—but I actually think some makeup makes his face look extraordinary, very attractive in a way I can’t not gaze at.

Here he is as just an aspiring young actor. He could be pretty much any young white guy.

I do think he hit the jackpot when AHS styled him this way. He’s a man for whom eye makeup works very, very well, and so does the hair. The girly clothes take the nonconformity thing a little too far, to a literal transgenderism place that unsexes it (which is fine if that’s what he wants to do), but just the hair and makeup plus guy’s clothes or gay clothes is really a turnon to me.
