What happened to the gay character from last season?
He just disappeared.

Love this show! It fills me with joy.

Same here, R2.
Wyatt Russell is a big part of that, because his character is so easy going.
Plus, the show as a whole is very light hearted.

Season 1 thread at the link.
I enjoyed the season opener. Quirky characters, randomness at very turn, and the yellow filter are all I want from this show. I know Reddit loves cracking the clues that appear on screen, but I'm just in it for the atmosphere.

I love this wacky show! It's just so ridiculous and fun. Wyatt is AWESOME as Dud.

Yes, it's pretty great. Although... I like to do other stuff while I'm watching it, so I don't focus on it too much because its meditations on the emptiness and aimlessness of life can get super depressing now and then. The wackiness makes that aspect stand out even more, I think.

Wyatt Russell is hot. What's he like irl? Is his dad still around?

Blaise is my spirit animal. One of the best characters on tv. Emmy worthy work by that actor.

Cancelled? Absolute bullshit. Hope it finds a home elsewhere. Love this show.

It’s good. But not engaging enough to compete. As much as I hate nepotism, the Hawk/Russell kid was the standout in the show. He’s got charisma - even playing a stoner low key dude.

I thought he was fantastic... great acting. I really was liking the show even though I don't think ti was going anywhere.
The cancellation that upset me the most in recent years was Last Man on Earth... great show!

Yes, the laid back meandering feel was built into its DNA, so engagement was always an issue. Loved the show, but I admit I was doing other things while watching the second season. Still have two episodes to finish.
Liz's Janet adventures made me crack up the most.

The next to last episode with the entire gang in Mexico hunting down the scrolls was the best thing I saw on tv this year. Sooo funny and heartwarming, every single minute.
