Thanks for starting a new thread. Any explanation for why the Part 2 thread was restricted to subscribers? That was annoying ... there were some days when it felt like there were only one or two posts.

I thought Jack's exit interview with Julie was surreal. They spent a lot of extra time on it and he was obviously coached. It was like the producers wanted to cover their asses against the accusations of racism. It would have been better if he had started with a sincere apology instead of all that explaining and rationalizing. And it's not enough for Jack to apologize to the viewers; he really needs to apologize to Kemi and Bella, and on the air for all of the viewers to see.

You could tell they coached him on his response. He was way too composed.

And he never really apologized.

Interesting that after reaming Jack over racist comments, Julie said she didn’t “gyp” him out of good-bye comments from other houseguests, that he would see them in his (other) post-eviction interview. “Gyp” is as much of an ethnic slur (against gypsies/Romani) as what she was calling him out for. It’s a big problem for Tommy that Christie is on the block. Those who voted Jack out will be happy to vote Christie out this week. Christie was going on about how she can't wait to do the slip and slide comp, but she has a bad back, says he has had a couple of operations on her back after a car accident. So expect a week of Christie complaining about her back hurting.

Tonight's episode was very repetitive, and not very entertaining. How many times do we have to hear Michie say that he's putting up Christie and Sis? So allegedly someone with a big speaker system blasted some Christie diary room session about knowing Tommy around the studio lot. The live feeds were down for 1 hour. When the feeds came back everyone was inside on an inside lockdown which doesn't usually happen until BB starts building the HoH comp for Thursday, it's too early for that.

Holly asked Jackson Do you know what the thing said? but the feeds cut before we got an answer. Nobody is talking about what they heard or didn't hear and what event occurred. Everyone went to bed before midnight which is really odd in the BB house.

We've seen that Holly and Kat kind of knew each other before they came to the house (or at least knew of each other and had friends in common), and now we know that Christie and Tommy definitely knew each other before coming into the house. Normally I would say that it doesn't matter and we've seen relationship plot twists in past seasons of BB. But what I'm wondering is why production couldn't catch these relationships before they completed their casting of the show. It makes the houseguests wonder if they are part of some "expect the unexpected" kind of twist in the game, instead of just the casting incompetence that it actually is. Grodner is not trying to hide this, but how do you think it will be addressed?

Was watching BBAD and heard something I have never heard before, production came over the intercom and was talking to Michie about the fact he was going to be called in next, what he would need to bring. It was like a normal conversation, not at all like when BB comes over the intercom and says "you are not allowed to talk about production". Someone must have thought they were in commercial break or something.

Michie is going to be really pissed if Nicole uses the VETO and he has to put up Holly and especially if Holly ends up going home. Michie has been really grooming Nicole, letting her sleep in the HOH room, calling her his little sister, just really being extremely nice to her. If she turns on him he will go nuts. It would make for really good TV though and better for Nicole's game.

Nichole has been saying for a few weeks that she needs to "build a resume." She's aware that this is the big move she has to make if she wants to be seen as anything other than a floater to the jury.

Julie Chen the first season of Big Brother, how things have changed. The house guests lined up in a parking lot outside the house on the first episode and had metal brief cases instead of dufflebags. There were only 10 house guests in season one and the prize money hasn't changed a dime in 21 seasons.

I remember Season 1 in the summer of 2000. I watched every episode. It was fascinatingly boring!

Because Tommy agreed to throw to save his ass. When Jackson lied and said Tommy came to them with the same deal - it boiled down to "I have one guy willing to throw the comp so we get HOH, if you can match it we will keep you two." You saw Cliff and Nicole shake hands with Holly right before the eviction last night - sealing the deal. That way Cliff and Nicole do not break their word to Jackson, Jackson and Holly stay. It was the best of choices for Cliff and Nicole, had they kept Tommy, yes Jackson would not have competed in the HOH and most likely nominated but he would also be pissed off Jackson and Cliff and Nicole did not want to spend the next two weeks with that asshole version of that asshole.

Even if Jackson makes it to the final two, I don't see him winning. Who would vote for him, he evicted most of the people in the jury, Christie hates him, Tom probably hates him now with that huge lie, Sis was pissed at him for evicting her, Jess was upset with Jackson for evicting her, would Jack vote for Jackson after Christie and Tommy bad mouth him, doubtful. Kat claimed she was trying to evict Jackson. I don't see anyone there now voting for Jackson so even if he makes it to final he only gets second. No confetti for Jackson and so much for his claim he was playing an honorable game, that his friends and family could be proud of.

Jackson is playing this game the same way Trump is playing President, he thinks if he wins enough then people have to vote for him, because he wins, but people care about how you win and whether you got there with integrity. Nicole and Cliff have been either #1 or #2 in House Guest rankings for 31 of the last 32 days on Big Brother Daily.

On Jokers Nicole and Cliff have been holding #1 and #2 there also for quite a long time but Tommy has jumped to #2 the last two days, Cliff has dropped to #8 so hopefully Tommy can hold on to #2 and if Nicole wins everything Tommy has a good chance of being AFP. The final HOH comp is usually a test of memory from the whole season, which I think Holly has the best chance of winning. Nicole sucks at those and Jackson, well, he is a douchebag. Hopefully Tommy went to the jury house, told everyone about Jacksons lies. Since Jackson had a hand at voting most of them out, he won't get their vote. Holly, sadly, doesn't deserve to win, she has done nothing except hang on to Jacksons coat tails. Nicole for the win.

I can think of a few people on jury who might not vote for Jackson. Christie, Kat and Tommy would vote for Holly.

The problem with Jackson's Tommy tears is that the jury will never know about them. It's my understanding that the jury only sees videos of competitions. And jury members can also talk about what they saw in the house, but Holly would join the jury, if at all, on finale night in the middle of jury deliberations. She, besides us, is the only one that knows about them so far.

As much as people don't like Jackson - when they vote, they usually vote for the best player. I defy Holly to say "this is what I did to stay in the game this long."

Big Brother is a game, and some of the most revered and respected winners such as Dan and Dr. Will had to lie and backstab in order to win, which is the ultimate goal.

Michie's lies about Tommy were brilliant gameplay. He didnt say anything personal about the guy... it was all game related and he did a fantastic acting job in pulling it off. He was eating food when he was on slop, he shit in the shower as revenge (breaking sanitary rules) he openly talked about diary sessions as a tool to manipulate votes (houseguests are not allowed to talk about diary with other players). There is a conspiracy theory that the show has been guiding him to a win.

What some of you are missing is Big Brother loves for the audience to think someone has this in the bag, is sure to win and even production is bending the rules to provide that person with an advantage. Then someone else wins, last year everyone thought Tyler was sure to win, but Kasey won, year before Paul absolutely controlled everything, the boards were ripe with complaints that production was pulling for Paul to win, but Nicole won. I don't pretend to think I know who will win, but neither do any of you.

There is also a satisfaction that comes from seeing someone lose. If Michie wins, I won't be surprised because he played the game well. But if he loses, that is more satisfying to me because I find him personally repugnant.

It was also true two seasons ago when Paul got second place to Josh. Paul is at the top of my list in terms of best players, but I greatly enjoyed that final moment when you could tell that he thought he had it in the bag and then they pulled the rug out from under him. That's entertainment.

Usually shitty people do well on this show because you often need to be ruthless and have low morals to get to that money.

Players should never depend on other’s honesty in Big Brother. There’s nothing in the rules against lying, cheating, stealing, and that should be obvious to anyone who has ever watched previous seasons. I’m always surprised that players get outraged about being betrayed by others in this game because it happens all the time. It’s like poker players expecting their opponents not to lie to them.

The best player not winning on Big Brother has been happening as far back as Season 3 when Danielle lost to Lisa -- highway robbery and a joke.

ZingBot's zings really did a number on almost everyone in that house this year and had them questioning how they are "being portrayed" then Julie will ask them about their moves and sometimes asks "what were you thinking?" All of these people are super paranoid about what the public thinks of them and talk about it constantly, I just wish we could see more of them in the jury house.

I understand and share the sentiment, but it won't happen. I've seen Holly cry throughout the season about how she feared Jackson was mad at her or how she may have disappointed him. If you watch big brother for a few seasons you can see who Production is coaching to win. Jackson broke the rules of the game several times and was never punished. Production must have told him about Tommy because they edited it to look like he just happen to see Tommy coming up to talk to Cliff and Nicole in the Have not room. BS Production set that up. Jackson has used his diary room discussions to influence votes (which you are not allowed to discuss what happened in the diary room). He ate regular food while on slop, a violation which denies you the ability to compete in the next HOH (he was caught yet never punished). All of his HOH wins were tailor made for him with Tommy being his only physical competition?? When he was not HOH the competitions were mostly endurance or luck both of which Holly seemed to have.
