UK Heat Wave Breaks Temperature Record

LONDON (AP) — Britain has officially had its hottest day on record.

Weather agency the Met Office says the temperature reached 38.7 C (101.7 F) at Cambridge University Botanic Garden in eastern England during last week’s heat wave.

Looks like it's going to warm up again in the UK.

This weekend is expected to get up to 87 degrees in London.

I just got back from England. It was lovely and mild (mid-70s) with scattered showers. Beats the 101 degree heat here in Dallas.
