I don't understand how he still lives at the property with no job or income. Even if the family can't evict him, someone has to pay the bills and taxes. Does the family pay all of this? If an unwanted tenant doesn't even pay for maintenance and doesn't even have a lease, why is he still living there? After he damaged the whole place, did the family finally change the locks and evict him or did he move back in?

Property taxes and maintenance is not cheap for a £5 million mansion in London plus electricity, water, heating etc. Who pays all of this if Fadi has no job or income. I doubt a judge would agree that someone can continue to live for free in a mansion for more than 3 years now without paying any bills. Isn't that a reason to evict someone? If the person can't really afford to live in a mansion and pay the bills?
