Why is the frenulum on the bottom of the glans?
From a biological perspective wouldn’t it make more sense for it to be on the top? To increase pleasure in reproduction and incentivize the male human to penetrate and fertilize the female?
The primary benefit I can see is, it makes nasturbatiin, not sex, more pleasurable — when you stroke your own erect penis, multiple fingers glide along the frenulum, whereas only one glides along the top of the glans.
So, did we evolve to masturbate?

Women chose mates (natural selection) with the frenulum at or near the underside of the penis so their mates would last longer sexually. Soon, all frens were situated that way.

The top of the glans, i.e. the knob, has more nerve endings by square inch than the frenulum, which provides a more tickly sensation rather than direct stimulation that causes the eventual climax. So your theory doesn't hold much water.

I swear I've seen some porn where a guy had his frenulum on the top.
Also, did you know that men have two frenulums?

Could anyone make a diagram pointing out the parts of the penis that are the most sensitive? I want to know how to give the perfect blow job, but some people are so different. Some hate their balls played with, some love their balls to be sucked on. Some think the head is too sensitive, some prefer no hands or hands free blow job, some prefer gripping it and sliding the mouth along with it.
If only we could have a poll where people vote what is the most sensitive parts of the penis. We could learn multiple blow job techniques.

What would make a partner take over a half an hour to cum?

OP The function of the frenulum is to pull the foreskin back over the cockhead when done retracting during sex.

OP, nature positioned the frenulum on the bottom of the penis to give easy access to the foreskin to retract.
Also, so the most sensitive part of the penis could be protected and stimulated as the penis rubs against the prostate of his male partner (men being the natural partners of other men).

Thanks MN but we need breeders to make more gays and then drive them crazy as teenagers.

A frau spotted @ R14. Noticed how it quickly jumped back when she was left out of the equation?
Sorry Frau, there is a reason why I gave men a brain, science, and pheromones up in the butt.
