Been trying to get into this as a guilty pleasure but can't. The casting is weak af. Yes the guys are hot but have no personality at all, not do the girls. The hostess is extremely bland, as well as nonexistent, and worst of all is the purse mouthed narrator whose strident gay-voice and snarky commentary turns the whole thing decidedly unsexy. The UK version's narration which is a huge part of the show's appeal is cheeky, not over the top camp like this. Paradise Hotel on FOX (which also flopped in the ratings) was essentially the same exact format but far superior, mostly down to casting relatively more interesting personalities and a shock twist ending that rivaled any reality show, ever.

Agreed r161, FOX pulled the plug too early, giving it no chance of catching on and growing. Ironically the repeats that replaced it on two of the 3 nights it was meant to air did either the same or worse in the ratings. That ending was truly epic, and in of itself warranted a reunion/after show to explore the fallout.
