I think she IS wearing a bra. Strapless with tricot fabric. You can see it vaguely through the fabric. It just isn't the kind of bra that prevents nipples from bumping up, so to speak. If she were not wearing a bra, i think they would have splayed out to the sides more and would have sagged further down.

In her defense, most strapless bras these days are made from that same type of fabric. I'm guessing the strapless bra crowd doesn't want to be all that confined.
