Anyone familiar with this jack-off club?
Oh good lord! Are they still around?
by Anonymous | reply 1 | June 25, 2019 3:59 AM |
Do they really just jack off? or does it turn into a suck & fuck fest?
by Anonymous | reply 2 | June 25, 2019 4:04 AM |
Group masturbation is fun. I wish there were a jack-off club where I live.

IIRC, wasn't there a JO club in Chelsea called J's?
by Anonymous | reply 4 | June 25, 2019 4:22 AM |
No r4 that was different.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | June 25, 2019 4:33 AM |
Is J's still open?
by Anonymous | reply 6 | June 25, 2019 4:39 AM |
There was a JO club in my city a few years ago. I went a few times. There were only a few cute guys each time, and they usually paired off in a corner. Most of them were gross, out of shape guys you wouldn't want to see naked or anything else. And the jo was boring and awkward. You were not allowed to do anything more than jo and it was very frustrating and not worth it. Not once. I gave it up. Yuck.

Yes, I've been to the NY Jacks a few times. It's for people who want to play safe and / or enjoy hanging out naked. It's not for everyone. I'll go when I'm not seeing anyone and have nothing to do. I'm particular about who I let touch me. My experience has ranged from eight guys playing with me and touching my body , to nobody even looking at me. Some guys are nice, some are handsome, some are friendly, some are odd, some are just chatty and talkative, some are creepy.
To answer someone's question, yes there was some type of underground dungeon club called J's in the early 2000s, on West 14th Street. I don't know what happened to it.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | September 26, 2019 2:57 AM |
R7, what is your city?
by Anonymous | reply 9 | September 26, 2019 3:02 AM |
Is this 1995? It’s such a flashback to AIDS era sex. Even then it seemed stupid - now it’s unnecessary unless it’s a fetish for you.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | September 26, 2019 3:07 AM |
I'd go to one in a heartbeat only if touching was strictly prohibited, under penalty of getting banned for life.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | September 26, 2019 3:10 AM |
J's Hangout was the club. It was more of an after hours sex club. I think it's south of where the Apple store is now on 14th on this peninsula type block.
I went there once or twice and it had a backroom type thing I never did anything though.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | September 26, 2019 3:17 AM |
R10, my first visit was maybe 2002 or 2003. No, I don't think it's a fetish, but I'm more comfortable with going to NY Jacks. It seems just safer in general and I don't want to go to some strange guy's home.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | September 27, 2019 1:38 AM |
That's correct R12, it was in the basement of the triangle shaped building on the south side of 14th. The entrance was a stairway on 9th Avenue. The neighborhood was VERY different back then. I remember 14th past 8th Avenue as very dark and scary. I went a few times on Sunday evenings in the 80s or early 90s. That space was also where The Hellfire Club was, a straight S&M club, back in the day. The NY Jacks met during the week, too. I think that was at J's Hangout. I never went to that one. I also think the NY Jacks predate the AIDS Crisis. It was a fetish club for guys into JO. I have no idea where they met back then.
The Sunday events could be a lot of fun, lots of guys, 50 to 100, all types, not much attitude. It was usually very hot! It was strictly JO only and there were monitors who kept an eye on things. I never saw anyone break the rules. They served beer. It was all kind of fun, safe sleaze. I was a very long time ago, during a very different time.

Sounds boring. A bunch of guys just wanking in a circle. Most probably ugly.
Not worth dealing with a subway trip, Manhattan streets, or an Uber fare.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | September 27, 2019 2:02 AM |
R12, you are correct about J's but that was a bar on the first floor. at 675 Hudson Street The Sunday gatherings were in the basement.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | September 27, 2019 2:06 AM |
The guy in the picture will NOT be there, OP. Nor anyone as remotely attractive as him.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | September 27, 2019 2:13 AM |
The couple times I went to Js hangout there was sec going on. At least from what I could tell through the dark
by Anonymous | reply 19 | September 27, 2019 2:27 AM |
Was J's the place with the dark, brick lined cavern like rooms in the basement and a dance floor upstairs?
by Anonymous | reply 20 | September 27, 2019 2:40 AM |
Actually, they're not usually in a circle.
There's a sense of exhibitionism. There are all different types of guys and everyone has different tastes, so you never know what might happen or who you might meet.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | September 27, 2019 2:49 AM |
Is there a lesbian version? The New York Jills, perhaps?
by Anonymous | reply 22 | September 27, 2019 2:52 AM |
Anyone see anyone famous at one of these JO clubs?
by Anonymous | reply 23 | September 27, 2019 4:05 AM |
Ive been several times while on business trips. I think its a lot of fun ...
by Anonymous | reply 24 | September 27, 2019 5:41 AM |
R23, yes, but not famous famous. But I've seen a c-list comic. I've also seen a C-list television actor more than once.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | September 27, 2019 11:05 AM |
I'd go if the gorgeous guy shown in OP's link was there.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | September 27, 2019 11:15 AM |
R18 is mostly right. Can be very hit or miss. Yes there are 60 year old trolls but a few Cincinatti 9's.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | September 27, 2019 12:33 PM |
I went to J's once. Hot firefighter teased everyone. And then gave in. I got to make out with him. There were monitors if they caught any blow jobs happening. there was a sign posted, "No Lips Below the Hips."
by Anonymous | reply 28 | September 27, 2019 12:36 PM |
It’s ridiculous that they don’t just turn into blowjob clubs now. Why aren’t there blowjob clubs?
by Anonymous | reply 29 | September 27, 2019 3:16 PM |
Why settle for a blowjob when everyone is on PreP and you can get ze Bareback.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | September 27, 2019 6:47 PM |
Because there’s no point in having a club if it’s just the same sex you can get anywhere now, R30. Some guys specifically like blowjobs and prefer them to anal, especially with anonymous partners.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | September 27, 2019 7:01 PM |
R28 really? I really thought I saw much more than that at Js but again I just walked through the dark parts I didn’t partake.
Re blowjobs. Wasn’t there a club in SF and maybe New York called BlowBuddies? I think they even had a ws night.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | September 27, 2019 7:47 PM |
I've been to NY Jacks several times and it's a lot fun. A wide range of guys hanging out naked and jacking with each other in a safe space.
We can always tell who are the Dataloungers because they're super fem and do a lot of hissing.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | September 27, 2019 8:03 PM |
Can you only jerk off yourself, or do they allow you to jerk another guy?
by Anonymous | reply 34 | September 27, 2019 9:38 PM |
Of course you can jerk off other people, jerk.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | September 28, 2019 12:21 AM |
Sounds boring. Jerking off is so high school.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | September 28, 2019 12:25 AM |
Were there fit guys or just a bunch of bears ?
by Anonymous | reply 37 | September 28, 2019 12:54 AM |
r33 = compulsive masturbator
by Anonymous | reply 38 | September 28, 2019 12:57 AM |
Depends R37. Sometimes more the latter.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | September 28, 2019 1:18 AM |
R33, you forgot to mention they are also the old ones.
I posted up thread about the Sunday evening NY Jacks in the basement. I remembered one evening noticing young guys, not many, with this hump on the back of their lower neck, it was fairly pronounced, like an inch or so. Sometime in the following months I read that it was a side effect of one of the HIV medications. Almost all of my cohort were already long dead that I knew only a very few guys on antivirals, none of them in their 20s or 30s. It was such a different time.
