I see that this video of him reading thirsty tweets to him was uploaded yesterday, so it is new, so that means he is alive and doing SOMETHING for them to have him do this... but what?
He seems to have fallen off earth and doing small roles and cameos in films like Fruitvale Station. Gone are the days he was a big star, and its sad cause he's still got his beauty and charm.

The Chad or TChad as we’d call him on DL. There used to be a thread about him that had a poster who pretended to be “The Chad” taking to “The gays”. He start his posts with “Hello, the gays”. It was silly but fun.

He was a teen heartthrob, R5. One Tree Hill, Freaky Friday, and A Cinderella Story cemented that status for him. My stepsister was in LOVE with him in the early-2000s. I didn't find him that attractive until he got a bit older and the "pretty boy" thing wore off.

He was the star of Sun Records which aired for eight episodes in 2017 on the CMT cable network. He did a really good job of grounding the series, but the writing was all over the place. Not a surprise the show wasn't renewed.

He was on "Riverdale," way too young for the part and featuring in the back half of Season 3 when the whole show completely lost its shit. It was campy fun for a while but they lost their edge and now it's almost impossible to watch.

He's still getting a lot of network TV work on shows I would never watch. But he aged out of his CW demographic's interest.
He's been in a couple of interesting indie movies I think are well worth checking out. In Sundance winner FRUITVILLE STATION, he only has a bit part as one of the racist cops. But he has a great, sexy leading role in a disturbing Western called OUTLAWS AND ANGELS -- very Clint Eastwood-like.
OUTLAWS was deemed too cynical and Tarantino-derivative by the critics. But I think it's very provacative, stylish and bold.
