This case is fascinating. Their mother took off with them in 1987. Authorities have almost caught up with the mother on a number of occasions, and it appears that her family is helping her.
The kids are in their 30s now and may have no idea who they are.

Given that their mother was apparently a psycho drug user, I'm not convinced they're alive at all, and if they, are they're probably rotting under a bridge somewhere, having been trafficked and abused since early childhood.
Sad, but realistic.

It sounds like they are all alive, and that the mother shuffled them around various family members’ homes across the country, at least early in their childhood.
The mother’s mother died in 2016 and her obituary lists the two kids as among those who survived her.
