His voice makes me melt. I rewatch Penny Dreadful now and then just to hear him again. He's great in Doom Patrol as well.

He's unique in that his two efforts as James Bond, one (The Living Daylights) is one of the best in the series while the other (License to Kill) is one of the worst -- if not the absolute worst.
