R3 Yes, there were rumors he served some time but that was several years back.
Apparently he got married and divorced from an older man back that did some legit acting work in 2015-2016. Search his real name (very easy to find online) on unicourt.com. It has it listed as Marriage Dissolution/Divorce case from LA Superior Court. I'd link, but don't want to potentially get the thread deleted.

Did a little further searching and found he was arrested in late April of this year for being drunk in public.
